3. Service Enquiries & Booking
Customers may contact RepairHome.sg through WhatsApp, phone, website forms or other available communication channels. To help us review your request, you may be asked to provide:
- Your name and contact number
- Service location
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Property type such as HDB, condo, landed home, office or shop
- Preferred appointment date and time
- Details of the service required
A booking is only considered confirmed after RepairHome.sg or its representative confirms the appointment.
4. Quotations & Pricing
Any price shown on the website, WhatsApp message, advertisement or service page may be an estimated, starting or reference price unless clearly stated otherwise.
Final pricing may vary depending on site condition, access difficulty, work scope, urgency, materials, replacement parts, transport requirements, after-hours requests and additional work discovered during inspection.
Customers should confirm the price and work scope before allowing the work to proceed.
5. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and safe access to the service location. Customers should ensure that:
- Someone authorised is present during the appointment
- The work area is reasonably accessible
- Parking, security access or building management requirements are communicated early
- Fragile or valuable items are removed from the work area where practical
- Any known risks, defects or restrictions are shared before work starts
6. Appointment Timing
RepairHome.sg aims to arrange appointments efficiently. However, arrival timing may be affected by traffic, weather, previous jobs, building access, parking issues, urgent service calls or other operational factors.
We will try to update customers where practical if there is a significant delay.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show

10. Warranty & After-Service Support
Any warranty or after-service support depends on the type of service, work scope, materials used, product condition and final arrangement confirmed during booking or completion.
Warranty may not apply to customer-supplied items, misuse, wear and tear, external damage, hidden defects, unrelated issues, unauthorised modification or problems caused by third parties.
